Mama's Gotta Move: Mama & Baby Fit

Mama's Gotta Move, Inc. is thrilled to be teaching new moms how to move well with their babies in the warm, family-friendly space of HeartGarden! In this class, you'll learn everything you need to know about safely returning to exercise after pregnancy, including exercises you can do at home with your little one(s), the do’s and don’ts of training with incontinence and/or diastasis recti (abdominal separation that frequently occurs after pregnancy), and a strategy for optimizing pelvic floor function while building full-­body strength.

Nicole Radziszewski

Nicole is a certified personal trainer, nationally published fitness writer and mama to two boys. She is certified as a trainer through NPTI, FMS and MovNat and has taken multiple courses on postnatal fitness and the pelvic floor. Nicole became interested in working with the postnatal population after her second son was born and she recognized that her core muscles were not functioning properly. After feeling confused, under-serviced and pressured to “get her body back,” she started digging for answers and found them in the work of leading women’s health physical therapists including Julie Wiebe and Diana Lee. She now specializes in postnatal training and doles out mom-specific fitness advice via her blog, Mama's Gotta Move. Nicole is passionate about empowering new moms to return to fitness and feel strong and confident about their bodies!
