This late Autumn, in preparation for a long Chicago Winter, fill your medicine cabinets with natural immune boosters, anti-virals and more!
On the Menu:

- Elderberry Syrup: Boost your immune system and mend a cold with nature’s most delicious gifts.
- Winter Lotion Bars: Herbal beeswax bars are perfect for cracked, winter skin and itchy eczema.
- Medicinal Teas: Create a medicinal tea for your own specific needs.

Anastasia Papaioann0u
Ms. Ana earned her B.F.A in acting from the University of Illinois in Urbana, Champaign where she studied performance in both music and theater. She has been a part of Musikgarten (and now HeartGarden) family for over 20 years, having watched her mom’s vision grow from its very early dreaming stages to the amazing program it is today. As a teacher, Ana is passionate about instilling compassion, courage and creativity in the hearts of little ones. She believes in the curriculum at Musikgarten and even more so the values-based enrichment that her mother has woven in. When not teaching music to little ones Ms. Ana spends much of her time in the health and wellness world, as an internationally certified health coach (at Heartful Health) and a continuing student of herbal medicine. She believes good health and a compassionate relationship with one another and the earth are the bases for a creative, loving, and purposeful life.

Health and Wellness Background:
Anastasia studied Integrative Nutrition with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is a Certified International Health Coach with the International Association for Health Coaches. Currently she is working with the Green Wisdom School of Natural and Botanical Medicine to complete her Master of Herbalism certification. Having studied at the Robbins-Madanes Training Center she has a background in Strategic Intervention. "Strategic Intervention is a project dedicated to extracting the most practical and effective forms of strategic action and communication from a variety of disciplines: Strategic family therapy, Human Needs Psychology, organizational psychology, neurolinguistics, psychology of influence, strategic studies, traditions of diplomacy and negotiation, and others."
